Welcome to Day 6 and to one of my favorite areas of Yoga:

BACK-BENDING!

Opening the front part of your body is one of the mot beautiful journeys you can take in your life. It will reveal so many emotions and fears that are stuck inside our chest and it will let you grow in so many aspects. Please take this practice slow and listen to your body. Avoid any pose that does not feel right and leave it for another time. Begin this practice with a calm mind and an open heart and you will love what it has to show you.
